From this abundance you can see that, just like our population, our gastronomic heritage is rich and diverse in flavors and origins. Looking for typical flavors in our country is not complicated. Just travel by secondary paths, climb mounts or sweep the urban centers. We still have traditions, secrets that pass between generations, habits of conviviality that last in time.
